Distribution mode

•BeikeShop cooperates with several Courier companies to deliver goods. For each order (limited to one mailing address) successfully purchased by BeikeShop, the system will generate a package by default. BeikeShop does not provide self-selected logistics services at present. We will select the most suitable logistics company for members according to the delivery address and product type in the order.

Distribution scope

•BeikeShop delivery covers most parts of the country (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan).

Delivery cost

•BeikeShop outlet national (except Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) freight charge 5 yuan/single, individual special goods may need to increase the freight, the details will be indicated in the product introduction page;

•BeikeShop adopts a unified delivery fee standard, no matter how many goods are purchased in an order, only one delivery fee is charged, and no renewal fee is charged.

Distribution aging

BeikeShop promises that if the member's order is not delivered to the member within the promised delivery period; If a member's order cannot be successfully delivered within 15 days from the date of delivery, VIpshop may return the order according to the member's request.

[Note] In case of traffic control, heavy rain and snow, flood, ice disaster, earthquake, holidays, power failure and other factors are not within the scope of service commitment.

Delivery time

• After the member's order is successfully placed, the relevant professional staff will review the member's ordered goods, mailing address, payment and other information within 12 hours. After approval, the package will be sent out within 1-2 days; After the package is sent, the system will update the delivery information to the member's account information. You can check the delivery status of the package by clicking on the corresponding order at "Personal Center - All Orders" on the home page.

[Note] The delivery time of some brand straight hair products is subject to the product details page, please understand!

Delivery time

• Delivery time is based on the estimated delivery time of each region, and the day the order is shipped is not counted in the delivery time. For example: Tianjin area delivery service expected delivery time is 2-4 days after the delivery of goods. Member orders are shipped on the 10th, and the expected arrival time is 12-14. The delivery time with special instructions will be postponed according to the actual situation.

• The delivery time of BeikeShop is 8:30am - 19:00 PM. Please arrange the delivery time reasonably. If you have special needs, please call 400-6789-888 or contact online customer service.

• In addition, if members have successfully ordered BeikeShop products, after the products are delivered, they can click on the corresponding order in "Personal Center - All Orders" to check the delivery status of the purchased products.

Distribution tracking

• If the member has successfully ordered BeikeShop's products, you can click "Personal Center - All Orders" to find the corresponding order number, view the order status, and check the delivery status of the order, or click "Go to express official website to check" in the order overview, you will be linked to the corresponding delivery logistics company, and enter the delivery logistics number. Then you can find the delivery details of the goods.
